and Refund Policy

The following is Grace Place’s deposit and refund policy. Exceptions to this policy are rarely granted.

Bookings within 10 calendar days of the event:
Discretion to schedule at all
Last-minute scheduling fee:  an additional $50
100% donation required immediately to reserve the space
No refunds

Bookings within 30 calendar days of the event:
100% donation required to reserve space
No refunds

Bookings over 30 days in advance of the event:
50% of donation required to reserve the space
Balance due 30 calendar days before the event
Refund, minus $50 booking fee, prior to 30 days before the event.

Grace Church needs to receive the full suggestion donation 30 days before the scheduled event or the event may be cancelled and no refund granted.

Where a donation due day falls during a weekend or holiday, the previous work day will apply.
